    This listing is for a clear 7-inch 33rpm Eva-Tone flexible disc (The Sights and Sounds of Fairfield Bay) and an accompanying card (sent to an address in Topeka KS) extolling life in Fairfield Bay, Shirley, Arkansas (founded in 1966). Accompanying the narration are musical sequences, beginning with some aggressive jazz symbolizing the urban rat race followed by tranquil sounds of the escape to Fairfield Bay, with a little rock ‘n’ roll thrown in for the good times to be had there. Undated, probably, late 1960s or 1970s. Card & disc show only light wear.
