    Description

This brown vinyl folder was created to serve as a special souvenir commemorating the Sesquicentennial (150 years) of statehood for Arkansas, 1836-1986. The 8.5" by 9.25" folder opens to reveal three items in clear sleeves: a printed introduction to the occasion and a bit of state history; a special gold metal coin or medallion with the seal of the state featured; and an official first day cover envelope printed with an image of the Old State House and stamped with a 22-cent stamp with the same image.
The folder was pre-owned but stored very carefully and really looks new.
Please email me with any questions. I pack carefully and ship same or next business day from Arkansas with free tracking. Satisfaction guaranteed or money cheerfully refunded.
