Condition: It is so unusual to find decades-old printed program and other materials like this with NO fading of the colors, especially the red ones! This gem has been carefully preserved in my 88-year old Mother's things. This booklet has only minor foxing and ALL pages are present with NO odors, NO writing, and NO soiling. Some corner creasings appear. A minor cut is located in the upper-right hand corner of the front. About a 4-inch tear appears on the back cover. Otherwise, the only thing keeping this condition from EASILY rating the lofty Fine Condition is yellowed tape marks on the inside back page (see photo) where perhaps Mother taped this gem to cardboard at one time to protect it.
