The Ci1 Easy Rougher (1100) is a carbide cutter wood turning tool that addresses fatigue, safety, and efficiency like no other type of tool. Because of the cutter shape and side relief of the blade the tool can cut left, right, or straight in without changing approach angle. Get deeper cuts - up to 1" off the diameter in one pass. This tool bar is CNC machined from solid stainless 1/2" x 1/2" square stainless steel bar stock and is 11" overall in length. The blade's tang end is turned down to 1/2" diameter x 2-1/2" long to receive a handle. Includes a 5/8" x 5/8" 4" radius (R4) carbide cutter (#95311) as standard
The Ci0 Easy Finisher (4100) has a round carbide cutter perfect for doing the inside work on smaller bowls and for larger coves on spindle work. When the cutter eventually gets dull, just loosen the retaining screw and rotate cutter about 1/4 of a turn, then re-tighten the screw. The 1/2" x 1/2" square stainless steel tool blade has an overall length of 11". Blade tang for handle is 2-1/2" long. Includes 5/8" diameter cutter (#95301). Note: The round cutters are not interchangeable with the carbide cutters on the Ci1 Easy Rougher tool bar.
The Ci4 Easy Detailer (7510) is designed with a reduced angle. The long cutting edges make the tool less aggressive as it is plunged into the work. In use the Detailer performs nearly as though a bevel is being rubbed. Use it to turn: Finials, Coves, Beads, Detail Grooves, Bowl Tenons, Dovetail cuts for chuck jaws (inside and out), Undercutting, and detail cuts where the cutter will physically fit. The stainless steel blade is 1/2" wide with an overall length of 11". Has a 1/2" wide x 2-1/2" long round shank. Includes Ci4 Diamond shaped carbide cutter (#99349). NOTE: The carbide Diamond Cutter works with Easy Wood Detail Tools only.
