JAPAN 1 Ton Arbor Press

JAPAN 1 Ton Arbor press is in good usable condition, the base has been welded up at some point (see pics) it is sitting on a stand that is approx 42" tall,Japan is part of the casting on the side of the press but we are unsure of brand.Everything seems to function like it should.
