I have no history or personal knowledge of this item. Item does power on (as pictured). I put a vhs tape in and it did come back out, however, there was an error flashing "ERR" on the front display. Nothing has been tested or diagnosed beyond this point. The plastic flap on the top has 3 AA batteries inside that appear to be corroded (see pictures). Selling everything as-is, for parts, etc.
