    Description

Incredible full unused ticket for the July 27th Oakland concert during the first sponsored music tour in history. In 1968 the legendary George Wein, who created the first all jazz fest in 1954 (Newport Jazz Fest) among others, pioneered the concept of sponsorship association with music events. This preceded any other tour or entertainment that had a sponsor, so it’s historically significant. Beautiful piece with fantastic eye appeal.
This is an original, unrestored item that has been kept bagged and boarded away from light, heat and moisture in a fragrance/smoke free home.
I package all items the way I’d want them, with extreme care and utmost respect, all items are insured.
