  • Size Type: Regular
  • Condition: Wow, killer vintage older WWII / Pre War era HEAVY DUTY whipcord wool work pants, these are a super dark chocolate brown / espresso color with noticeable lighter color brown top stitch trim along all the seams, they just look absolutely fantastic. They have a super high waist rise complete with both a button fly front closure with very old buttons, and also suspender buttons all throughout the interior waistline. The seat pockets on back have pointed overlaying covering flaps, then the buttons close into a fabric tab hidden below these design flaps. NO pleating to the waistline, which is kind of different, stylistically they almost have a similar look to an early pair of jeans but they're really coarse wool. Beautiful shape througout, very rare to find this type of thing made of rich wool like this from this era. They have one very tiny, minor snag on back right next to an ancient patched repair, see pics. Aside from this area with the fix, they look fantastic with no holes or stains.
