    WADE Pottery PIPE STAND with GERMAN SHEPHERD / ALSATIAN Dog
    Vintage Wade pipe stand, pipe rest. Green and brown pottery, featuring an Alsatian dog or German Shepherd as they are often called. This is a perfect piece I can see no flaws or marks. This piece is one of a set of 5 that were made in the 1960s' and 1970s'. Measures are approximate. The height to the top of the dog's head is 3.25 inches and the diameter of the base is 3.5 inches. The colors are green and brown, the features on the dog are so lovely, the fur on the dog looks beautifully crafted and the detail goes all over down the tail and under the body. All of this vintage piece is in excellent vintage condition; it has a strong glazed all over and still bright and shiny.
